JACK RAMSAY personally autographed this Portland Blazers face mask for me. He signed using black sharpie. Ramsay is a Hall-of-Fame elected coach. Upon request, buyer will receive a Certificate of Authenticity (issued by me) detailing signing information. This unusual Trailblazers item was originally a handout at one Portland Trailblazer home game sometime in the 1980's (not sure of the exact year). On the back of the mask are humorous “Operating Instructions”. Size is approximately 7 inches wide and 13 inches tall (top of face mask to bottom of stick). It is in great condition for display, at least Mint/Near-Mint. It will be shipped flat with cardboard protection. See my EBAY Store and current listings to save shipping on multiple items.
